PointCrow said that the mod makes it so "if you step into a Pokemon Center, for example, you'll exit out of a random house, face off against an elite 4 member, or even run into Ho-oh". As you can probably guess, the map randomiser makes it so that every time you move through a new area, you'll find yourself in a random location. Pokmon Emerald Randomizer is pretty much what the name implies it is, a tool to make a random version of a Pokmon Emerald rom.
